SpiceProp is an international platform for trader evaluation and prop trading, founded in October 2023. The company offers traders various formats of simulated trading programs designed to evaluate trading discipline, risk management, consistency, and trading results. The SpiceProp lineup includes 1-, 2-, and 3-phase challenges, as well as the Hot-Seat, Instant Funding, and Instant Scaling programs. The initial simulated account size depends on the selected program and can reach €300,000. Under the scaling program, the maximum allocation can increase up to €2,000,000. The main classes of trading instruments are available: Forex, indices, metals, commodities, stocks, and ETFs. The maximum standard leverage reaches 1:100. The primary trading platform is MetaTrader 5, and Web Terminal is also available. Depending on the program, trading during news, holding positions overnight and over the weekend, swing trading, and the use of Expert Advisors (EA) are permitted, subject to risk management and trading conduct rules. The trader's reward size depends on the selected program and can reach 95% (90% under the program plus a +5% option). The payout frequency depends on the program: the standard cycle is 14 days, and for certain programs a faster 7-day cycle is available. Trading is conducted in a simulated environment using market data. SpiceProp does not provide investment services to clients and does not accept client funds for investment management.

Official trading rules and prohibited practices

Risk Management

Maximum risk for a single trading idea - 2% of the initial balance.
Positions on the same instrument and in the same direction may be considered a single trading idea.
Correlated positions cannot be used to circumvent the risk limit.
Daily Drawdown and Maximum Drawdown depend on the specific challenge.
on the challenge, the 2% rule is monitored but not strictly enforced; on funded, a maximum of two violations is allowed, the third leads to account closure without the possibility of reset;

Consistency Rule

Standard rule - 30%.
More than 30% of total profit earned in a single day or within a single exposure may result in a payout delay until the required consistency of results is restored.
Special regional exception: 25% only for traders from Vietnam and Republic of Korea.
For traders from Vietnam and Republic of Korea, a total capital limit on funded accounts also applies - €75,000, restrictions on trade volume, and the company's mandatory VPS for EA;

Prohibited practices

trade copying - external copy trading, trades of other traders, third-party signals, trades between multiple funded accounts, from a challenge account to a funded account; only copying from your own funded account to your own challenge account is allowed;
using correlated instruments to circumvent risk limits;
latency arbitrage;
exploiting quote errors or technical platform errors;
manipulative trading strategies;
Martingale and grid strategies, all-in trading or trading in one direction without risk control;

other forms of abuse of the trading infrastructure.
short-term trades (closed in less than 3 minutes): if they exceed 5% of all trades on the account, they are allowed only with automatic closure by a pre-set SL/TP;
one trader - one IP - one device: IP and CID conflicts, transferring account access to third parties are prohibited;
on a funded account, the trading method (EA or manual), instruments and overall strategy must correspond to the style shown on the challenge.

Confidentiality and public statements

Confidential information - correspondence with support, internal risk parameters, individual terms;
disclosing confidential information to third parties, on social media, forums, Discord and Telegram without SpiceProp's written consent is prohibited;
publicly disseminating defamatory, false, misleading or disparaging statements about SpiceProp on social media, forums, Discord and Telegram is prohibited;
violation of this section leads to the same sanctions as the prohibited practices above.

Challenges

Terms, schedule and withdrawal methods

Main requirements

pass KYC;
comply with risk management rules;
comply with the Consistency Rule;
have the required number of profitable trading days;
have the required realized profit;
comply with the trading activity rules.

For the standard Funded Account

minimum 4 profitable trading days;
a profitable day is from +0.5%;
minimum realized profit is €100;
compliance with KYC and the other program rules.
the account must be active for at least 14 days (unless otherwise permitted);

Frequency

standard programs - every 14 days;
certain programs - every 7 days;
the Fast Withdrawal Add-on is available for some programs.

Processing

after approval - usually up to 24 business hours;
manual audit - up to 7 calendar days.

Payout method

Payouts are made in cryptocurrency to a crypto wallet registered in the trader's name.

Challenge add-ons

150% Refund - available only for challenges that already include a challenge fee refund. After passing the challenge, 150% of the fee is credited to the simulated funded account instead of the standard 100%.
Spice 3-Step - there is no challenge fee refund, so the 150% Refund is not available for it.
4% More Capital Slip - increases the overall (not daily) drawdown limit by 4% during the evaluation phases, and on Spice Instant and Spice Instant Pro it applies on the funded account from the very start; it remains available for Spice 3-Step.
Fast Withdrawal (payouts every 8 days) is not available for Spice 2-Step Pro (payouts are already every 7 days) and Spice Instant; for Spice Instant Pro it is available after the first scaling.
