Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The User is responsible for the security of their account and the confidentiality of login credentials.

Registration via Google SSO implies consent to receive informational messages, from which the User may opt out at any time.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of violations, fraud, providing false information, or prolonged inactivity.

User content must be truthful, based on real experience, and supported by facts. Defamation, insults, distribution of false information, and other violations of the law are prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates these rules.

Firm evaluation is based on comprehensive analysis, including trading conditions, payouts, trader support, and compliance with applicable regulations. Public information sources and trader reviews are used.

Users may suggest firms for review, which undergo a similar analysis procedure.

All content on the Platform is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable law. Only personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Any copying, distribution, or other use without written permission is prohibited.

The Platform may participate in affiliate programs with certain prop firms and receive commissions for referrals through affiliate links.

The existence of affiliate relationships does not affect the objectivity of the content and does not guarantee results or reliability of the respective companies.

Content is provided on an "as is" basis. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information.

Fraud, manipulation, illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, hate speech, and other harmful activities are prohibited.

The Platform is not a broker, prop trading company, financial intermediary, investment advisor, payment operator, or a party to any financial agreements between the User and third parties.

The Platform does not provide financial services, does not accept funds for management, and does not provide investment recommendations.

The Platform does not accept, hold, store, or process User funds in connection with participation in prop firm programs.

All payments, including but not limited to challenge fees, registration fees, subscriptions, commissions, profit payouts, and refunds, are made exclusively between the User and the respective prop trading company.

The Platform is not a party to financial transactions and bears no responsibility for their execution, cancellation, delay, or refusal.

Prop trading companies listed on the Platform are independent legal entities. The Platform does not control their operations, financial stability, internal processes, regulatory status, or fulfillment of obligations. Listing information about a company does not constitute a guarantee of its integrity, solvency, or legality of operations.

The Platform is not liable for:

• Financial losses of the User
• Denial of profit payouts
• Account suspension at a prop firm
• Changes to challenge rules or cancellation of funding programs
• Payment delays or technical failures of third parties
• Bankruptcy of a prop firm or fraudulent actions of third parties

The User assumes all risks associated with registration, payment, and participation in prop firm programs. The Platform is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on information published on the website.

All disputes, claims, and demands arising between the User and a prop firm are resolved exclusively between the respective parties. The Platform does not act as a mediator in the resolution of such disputes and is not obligated to participate in their consideration.

The User agrees to indemnify the Company for losses arising from violations of these Terms or the rights of third parties.

By using the Platform, the User agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in the event of a violation of the Terms or applicable law.
