Who is behind PropMarketCap
PropMarketCap is a platform for comparing prop trading firms for Russian-speaking and international traders. We gather challenge terms, prices, payouts and reviews in one catalog so a trader can choose a firm by facts, not by advertising. The platform is run by a team of analysts, editors and developers.
Team and roles
Analysts check firm terms and the rating, editors prepare news and reviews, moderators read reviews before publication, support answers traders on Telegram and by e-mail. Prop firms cannot change their own rating: edits to their cards go through moderation.
How the rating is built
A firm's rating combines trader scores, the share of confirmed reviews, the age of the firm, payouts and activity. The formula and weights are published on the methodology page and recalculated daily.
Rating methodologyHow the site earns money
Links to prop firms on the site are affiliate links: if a trader buys a challenge through our link or promo code, the firm pays us a commission. The price for the trader does not rise and is often lower thanks to the promo code. The commission does not affect the rating or the order of firms in the catalog.
Editorial rules for news
News is written from company data and open sources, and sponsored material is labelled. An error in a news item can be sent through the contact form: we fix it and update the modification date.
