Privacy Policy

We collect personal and non-personal information to ensure the best user experience.

Personal information may include:

• Name, surname, email address, phone number, and account details upon registration
• Email address when registering via Google SSO (used for account creation and newsletter subscription; you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Professional or financial data (e.g., trading experience or prop firm preferences)
• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or participating in surveys

Non-personal information may include:

• Device and browser data
• IP address and geolocation (where permitted by law)
• Website usage data (pages viewed, visit duration, etc.)

Analytics and session recording:

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA), Yandex Metrica with the Webvisor feature (Yandex LLC, Russia) and our own event log on propmarketcap.io. They record page views, clicks, scrolling, technical parameters of the device and browser, approximate location and the traffic source. For signed-in users the data may be linked to the account identifier. Webvisor does not record input in fields with personal data (email, password, name, phone, Telegram, texts of messages and reviews) and hides such data on screen. Details are in sections 12 and 13.

We do not collect bank card numbers, full passwords or other highly sensitive authentication data. We do not provide paid services and do not accept any payments.

Cookies:

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and make it better. The full list is in section 13.

We use information to:

• Provide services and match prop firms
• Personalize the platform
• Respond to user inquiries
• Send service notifications
• Marketing communications (with consent)
• Comply with legal requirements
• Protect the platform from fraud

We process data based on:

• Your consent
• Necessity for contract performance
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Legitimate interests of the company (provided they do not infringe your rights)

Consent to the processing of personal data is given in a separate document: Consent to personal data processing. Ticking the consent box at sign-up or when submitting a form is your signature under that document.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Sharing may occur:

• With your consent
• With service providers (hosting, analytics, etc.)
• As required by law
• In the event of business reorganization
• In aggregated or anonymized form

We retain data only for the necessary period:

• Anonymous sessions: 90 days
• Authorized sessions: 90 days
• Analytics events in our own log: 14 months
• Log of consents to data processing: while the consent is valid and 3 years after it is withdrawn
• Within security investigations: up to 24 months

Upon your request, data may be deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

You have the right to:

We employ modern security measures, including encryption (SSL), access control, and activity auditing. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies.

The platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your data may be transferred to other countries with appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses). Specifically: Google Analytics 4 data is processed by Google LLC (USA); Yandex Metrica and Webvisor data is processed by Yandex LLC (Russia); the main platform database is hosted on the servers described in section 4.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect upon publication.

The platform uses the following services:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) - visit statistics: page views, events (clicks, form submissions, exits to prop firms), traffic source, device type, approximate location.
• Yandex Metrica with Webvisor (Yandex LLC, Russia) - visit statistics, click and scroll maps, recording of on-screen actions. Fields with personal data are not recorded.
• Our own event log on propmarketcap.io - the same events are stored on our server. It shows visits of people whose third-party counters are blocked and links them to platform data (sign-ups, reviews, exits to prop firms).
• Prop firms' partner platforms - when you follow a link to a prop firm, it receives a technical click number and the page type. Email, name, phone and other personal data are not included in such links.

Analytics works for all visitors and cannot be switched off on the site. You can limit it with your browser tools and ask us to delete your data by writing to privacy@propmarketcap.io.

We use the following cookies:

• _ga, _ga_F9LVM2END7 - Google Analytics, up to 2 years
• _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_ucs - Yandex Metrica, 1 year
• pmc_aid - anonymous browser identifier in our event log, 400 days
• pmc_sid - session identifier, 30 minutes of inactivity
• pmc_ft, pmc_lt - source of the first and the last visit to the site (UTM tags, referring domain), 400 days
• pmc_notice - a mark that you have read the cookie notice, 12 months
• ref_code, ref_attr - code of the partner whose link you followed and the link tags
• access_token, refresh_token, csrf_token - account sign-in and form protection
• NEXT_LOCALE - the selected site language

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then work incorrectly.
