Hash Hedge updates challenges: more capital, fewer extra rules

We are relaunching our line of challenges. Starting August 1, Hash Hedge is switching to an updated trader selection model: instead of three stages, there are now two, and the starting capital in each plan doubles. The maximum account is now $400,000, and you can reach it without intermediate upgrades.
