The owner of broker 24k Markets will pay the SEC $60,000 and leave the industry for at least two years
The SEC, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, announced on November 6 a settlement with Christopher Williams, better known as "Swaggy C": he sold contracts for difference to U.S. retail clients through his own broker without being registered to do so.
