Circle cuts limits on legacy USDC cross-chain transfers starting October 31
Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin (a coin whose rate is pegged to the dollar), is lowering limits on USDC transfers between blockchains via the old scheme starting October 31. The contracts of this scheme themselves will be halted on December 1, and holders of USDC on the Noble network have their own exit deadline - January.
