Kazakhstan placed $100 million of state reserves in cryptocurrency funds, including Brevan Howard Digital (the crypto division of one of the world's largest hedge funds). This is reported by Bloomberg.
On November 2, $140 million net was withdrawn from US exchange-traded funds on Ethereum (the fund trades on an exchange like a stock and holds the asset itself). This is the sixth trading session in a row with outflows, and 98.6% of the amount came from a single BlackRock product.
On Monday, October 19, US exchange-traded funds on Bitcoin (funds through which institutions buy the asset like a regular stock on an exchange) attracted $526.7 million - the best daily inflow in almost a month. Almost the entire volume went into a single BlackRock fund.
