8426 ETH were taken from a Binance hacker without a private key, Polygon prepares a hard fork for $6.8 million
The Arbitrum network security council used special powers to transfer 8426 ETH and 74.6 million ARB from the Binance hacker's wallet - the owner's signature was not required for this. In parallel, Binance and Polymarket submitted a proposal to Polygon governance for a hard fork that would seize 70.49 million POL (about $6.8 million) from five addresses.
