A Nasdaq company is preparing to sell 5,833 BTC worth $449M - due to the Binance hack and quantum computers

Next Technology Holding (ticker NXTT, a software company from Japan) announced after market close on Friday, October 30, that its board of directors has authorized selling its Bitcoin or borrowing against it. This concerns 5,833 BTC - approximately $449M at a rate of about $77,000 per coin.

ESMA Tightens Control Over Stablecoins: Assets Not Compliant with MiCA Must Be Removed by January 8, 2027
