Cboe and Citadel Securities sued the CFTC: judge questioned the regulator's authority
The Capital Markets Alliance Association, which includes Cboe Global Markets, Citadel Securities and Healthy Markets Association, challenged in federal court the CFTC's November 3 decision on perpetual futures on individual US stocks. The judge has already noted that the plaintiffs are likely to prevail.
