Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the box "I consent to the processing of my personal data" when you sign up, sign in with a social network or submit a form on propmarketcap.io, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give this consent to the site operator (PropMarketCap). The consent is given as a separate document and is not part of the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.

1. Operator

The personal data operator is the owner of propmarketcap.io (PropMarketCap). Contact for data processing questions: privacy@propmarketcap.io.

2. Data processed

  • Email address, first and last name, phone, Telegram username, social profile data (avatar, identifier) - to the extent you provide it or your chosen sign-in method passes it on
  • Texts of messages, reviews and job applications, attached files
  • Technical data: IP address (kept in logs only as an irreversible hash), device and browser data, traffic source, UTM tags, pages and actions on the site
  • Cookie identifiers listed in the Privacy Policy

3. Purposes of processing

  • Creating and maintaining an account, signing in, contacting you
  • Replying to messages and handling requests and applications
  • Platform features: reviews, favorites, loyalty, the partner program
  • Newsletters - only with a separate newsletter consent box ticked
  • Visit statistics and site improvement (analytics)
  • Protecting the platform from abuse

4. Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (in the cases stated in section 5), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of data using automated means.

5. Analytics and data transfer

I separately confirm that data about site visits (pages viewed, actions, technical parameters of the device and browser, traffic source, cookie identifiers) is processed for analytics and transferred to:

  • Google LLC (USA) - Google Analytics 4;
  • Yandex LLC (Russia) - Yandex Metrica, including the Webvisor feature (recording of on-screen actions without fields containing personal data).

The purpose is statistics and site improvement; the storage period is up to 14 months for data in the operator's own event log and, for third-party services, within the settings of those services. The same data is duplicated in the operator's own event log. Prop firms' partner platforms receive only a technical click number and the page type when you follow a link, with no personal data.

6. Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted. Data that the law requires to be retained is kept for the legally required period. The consent log (date and time, text version, method, IP hash) is kept while the consent is valid and for 3 years after withdrawal.

You can withdraw consent by writing to privacy@propmarketcap.io or by deleting your account in settings. After withdrawal the data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Document version

Consent text version: 2026-10-25. If the text changes, you will be asked for consent again.
