Breakout is a crypto trading prop firm launched in November 2023; its operator Breakout Trading Group, LLC is registered in the United States. Since September 1, 2025 the company has been owned by the Kraken exchange, and in May 2026 Kraken launched the Kraken Prop program inside the Kraken Pro platform. Traders pass an evaluation and trade crypto pairs through the in-house Breakout Terminal.
